The airlines are, but not the Beer. Both are owned by United Breweries, so when the airline went under the Beer stayed alive.

You'd think that when one of your companies goes out of business, you might consider an F1 sponsorhip to be an expense you might wanna cut

They have other business that is doing ok, but even if the company went under its name would still remain on the car for however long they paid as a sponsor. I think the money is given upfront for this sort of thing.
